Shipping policy

Same day shipping
All orders made before 2PM NZST will be shipped that day, or the next business day if it's the weekend or a public holiday.
Any orders made after 2PM NZST will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping rates
New Zealand: Standard shipping is $9.00NZD nationwide regardless of size or FREE shipping with a minimum spend of $200.00NZD.

Australia: $20.00NZD

Rest of the world: On request. Please note, orders shipped outside of New Zealand may incur taxes and customs duties. The recipient is considered the importer and is responsible for any import fees charged by the destination country.

Delivery timeframe
Delivery timeframe within New Zealand usually takes 1-5 working days, depending on the destination location. Please note, once your order’s off with the courier, it’s out of our hands and in theirs — hang tight, it’s on its way!

Within NZ, we offer options such as Signature Required and Non-Signature Required at no extra cost. If you tick Non-Signature Required, please be aware that you have authorised the courier to leave the parcel in your letterbox or at another location on your property at your own risk.  

The timeframe for shipping to Australia is 5-12 working days.
