General

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
Gift cards are available to purchase in store or online here and can be redeemed at all stores and on the website. Simply enter the voucher code in the 'Discount' section at checkout.
Do you have a size guide?
Of course! You can find our size guides here.
Do you offer a loyalty system?
You can earn loyalty points online by logging in before you shop. At the moment, you can only check your points balance in store, and points can only be redeemed in store. We are working on bringing both of these features to our website.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.
Do you offer Pay Later?
We offer Afterpay in all of our stores, but it’s currently unavailable online due to technical issues. We’re working with Shopify and Afterpay to resolve this and hope to have it up and running soon.
Did my purchase go through?
If your purchase was successful, you will have received an order confirmation email or be able to see it in your account order history. If you're unsure, get in touch.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We can only cancel orders in certain instances. Please contact us as soon as you can to see if this is possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?

How much does shipping cost?
NZ shipping is a flat rate of $9 or free for orders over $200. International rates vary, please see our Shipping page for details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders made before 2PM NZST will be shipped that day, or the next business day if it's the weekend or a public holiday.
Any orders made after 2PM NZST will be shipped the following business day. Orders being sent within NZ usually take 1-5 business days to arrive.
International orders may take longer - please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Can I change my delivery address?
Absolutely - if you haven't received a tracking number confirmation yet, contact us and we will update it for you. If you have, click on the tracking link and you can update it directly with the courier.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
Help, I ordered the wrong size!
You have 30 days to arrange returns. Please note that we do not offer refunds on sale items unless they are faulty. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately we cannot add to or change orders once we have received them.
