A New Chapter Begins in Hunterville

We are beyond excited to share a little sneak peek into something incredibly special happening in the heart of Hunterville.

Salt & Honey is opening a brand‑new boutique inside the historic Argyle building at 1 Bruce Street — a space filled with character, community spirit and a whole lot of heart.

Breathing New Life Into a Local Icon

The Argyle building, purchased in 2024 by a group of passionate locals, is being lovingly restored and transformed into three beautiful new retail spaces. When the opportunity arose to become part of this project, Jo didn’t hesitate for a second — it felt like the perfect next step in the Salt & Honey story.

Hunterville has always held a special charm, and being able to contribute to the revival of such an iconic building is something we’re incredibly proud of.

Our Pop‑Up Store: A Little Taste of What’s Coming

While the new boutique is being built, we’ve set up a cosy pop‑up shop inside the Hunterville Village Bookshop at 17 Bruce Street. It’s a handpicked selection of our favourite pieces — a small preview of the warmth, style and experience that’s coming soon.

If you’re in town, pop in and say hello. We love meeting new faces and reconnecting with familiar ones.
